SUMMARY:Concord - Strengthening Your Facilitation Skills
DESCRIPTION:Strengthening Your Facilitation Skills is a two-day workshop\, March 29-30\, at the Foundation for Healthy Communities in Concord. The training is designed to help participants develop skills and strategies to more effectively and efficiently facilitate work groups\, community groups\, coalitions\, and collaborations. Through this experiential and interactive training\, participants will learn to create collaborative relationships\, design processes to meet the needs of groups\, develop facilitation practices\, identify behaviors that help or hinder group process\, and increase ability to manage group conflict. Cost is $120\, including meals and materials.
