DESCRIPTION:The New England “Cares” group is the Collaborative Advocacy for Rights\, Equity\, and Safety.  The “New England CARES is the only collaborative initiative in the region that unites government and non-government organizations to protect and advocate for the workplace rights of immi­grants and underserved populations.  We provide a unique platform for these communities to directly communicate with government agencies that protect their safety\, health\, and rights under OSHA and Wage and Hour (WHD). \nCARES meets monthly on the first Thursday of the month via zoom.  Each meeting consists of informational speakers and updates from table members. \nIf you would like to be added to the email list please contact Palhof.andrew@dol.gov. \n
