We want our community to have the ability to start a conversation about the basic steps it takes to secure a career. Many of us have experienced difficulties and bigotry in our journey to secure a livable wage and achieve a sense of self from our jobs. Many of us come from different countries and had issues with financial and language barriers\, many of us were told we couldn’t do what we are doing\, many of us were never handed the opportunities to have conversations about the futures we wanted for ourselves. We will secure these opportunities and conversations for our youth and young adults.
