NPNA, together with Cities for Citizenship (C4C), recently released the Local and State Recovery & Equity Toolkit which shares specific examples of how localities and states have created innovative programs and policies around economic relief for families excluded from the CARES Act; launched immigrant small businesses support and technical assistance initiatives; and, have taken action around workforce development to remove barriers for foreign trained healthcare professionals and increase training for Community Navigators.
