FREE Art Class
We All Belong: Art and Friendship Go Hand-in-Hand

Wednesdays, March 7 – April 11, 4-5:30pm

This fun, interactive and FREE art program is for adult English language learners, refugees, immigrants and their children, as well as Museum Member (limited to 5) adults and children. Join us at the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire in Dover, a warm, inclusive community, to engage in meaningful, out-of-school arts experiences. Play, create, express yourself, share your ideas and form new friendships. The Museum’s art gallery curator and educator staff will lead participants in activities that everyone can do including painting, drawing, collage, and more. Adults will be in one classroom, while children (ages 5 and up) will be in another classroom down the hall, doing different art projects. This will leave time for kids to bond with kids, and adults to bond and relax with adults. Kids ages 5 and up only, please. This class is designed as a way for immigrants and refugees to become a part of our community, which is why we are limiting Museum member participation to 5 adult/child pairs. Pre-registration is appreciated and space is limited. Drop-ins welcome if space is available. Participation in this program is FREE thanks to support from the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts and a private donor.
