(n.) Arabic for a wicked good time
The Mahrajan was started by parishioners of Our Lady of the Cedars Melkite Church to celebrate and share the rich food and cultural traditions of Lebanon. Every August we delight in opening our kitchen and our Church to the local community to share our food and faith.
