Manchester – Town Hall Immigration and Integration: What is Our Capacity?

As part of our (Currier Museum of Art’s) special exhibition We Are For Freedoms, join us for a town hall exploring immigration and migration and the capacity of a community to effectively welcome and support new citizens. This free event will provide a platform for a facilitated conversation that seeks to encourage a more active, collaborative, and inclusive community. A diverse group of speakers will share their stories and then invite all to participate in the conversation. This talk will have a special performance by Deo Mwano and will be moderated by Max Latona, Associate Professor of Philosophy, Saint Anselm College. Galleries open until 9 pm so be sure to stay after the event to enjoy We Are For Freedoms, and a full menu and cash bar in our Winter Garden Cafe.
