The Oldest Dessert In The World
‘Asure,’ is the Turkish name for Noah’s pudding. It is made of a mixture consisting of grain, fruits, dried fruits, and nuts. It is a symbol of diversity, friendship and unity. Asure is common throughout the Middle East and spans many cultures, traditions and religions.
