FreeNew Futures Remote Advocacy Training
Learn how to advocate during the 2021 legislative session, one unlike any other in history! This training will cover how to effectively advocate remotely this year and have your voice heard by lawmakers. Topics will include explaining the process for remote public hearings and how to testify virtually, how to submit written testimony, and other essential advocacy skills like calling your legislators or writing a Letter to the Editor. We’ll also give an overview of the NH state legislature, offer anticipated timelines for the session, and review why it’s so important for you to make your voice heard this year.
