New Hampshire Advocacy Resources:

New Futures A nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that advocates, educates and collaborates to improve the health and wellness of all NH residents through policy change. New Futures provides services, training, and convening power to the nonprofit advocacy field.

American Friends Service Committee NH – AFSC’s NH program supports the growth and development of an effective, sustainable NH peace and justice movement. The program works toward that goal by providing resources, training, and assistance to grassroots groups and coalitions, and by providing information and a Quaker perspective to the general public.

AFSC-NH State House Watch Newsletter – Published weekly during legislative sessions to bring you information about matters being discussed in Concord including housing, immigration, labor rights, the state budget and tax system, voting rights, corrections policy, and more.

    Granite State Organizing Project – GSOP is a non-profit, non-partisan organization rooted in faith and democratic values and includes 28 religious, labor, and community organizations representing 40,000 NH families.

    Young Organizers United (Y.O.U.) – Y.O.U. is a group of high school youth from various backgrounds dedicated to strengthening multi-issue and multi-racial coalitions.

    The Kent Street Coalition – A grassroots, volunteer-driven coalition committed to consistent, long-term, organized political action.

    Never Again Action NH – A NH chapter of Never Again Action, which is a movement of thousands of Jews and allies fighting to end cruel US immigration policies.

    Granite State Progress – Engages citizens from across the state around issues of immediate state or local concern, with a mission to provide a strong, credible voice in advancing progressive solutions to critical community problems.

    Rights & Democracy NH – Creates change through grassroots organizing, educating and mobilizing around the issues that affect NH communities, recruiting and training candidates to run for office, and working through the political and electoral process to advance progressive policies that lead to happy, healthy, and just communities for everyone.

    ACLU of New Hampshire – The American Civil Liberties Union of NH (ACLU-NH) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization dedicated to preserving the individual rights and liberties guaranteed in the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.

    New Hampshire Legal Assistance – As a full-service law firm, NHLA offers clients legal advice and information, representation in all of NH’s state and federal courts and before several state agencies, and advocacy at the NH Legislature. 

    National Immigration Advocacy Resources:

    National Immigration Forum – Advocates for the value of immigrants and immigration to our nation. The Forum promotes responsible federal immigration policies, addressing today’s economic and national security needs.

    National Partnership for New Americans – NPNA is a national multiethnic, multiracial partnership that represents the collective power and resources of the country’s 37 largest regional immigrant and refugee rights organizations in 31 states.

    American Immigration Council – Works to strengthen America by shaping how America thinks about and acts towards immigrants and immigration and by working toward a more fair and just immigration system that opens its doors to those in need of protection and unleashes the energy and skills that immigrants bring.

    Fair Immigration Reform MovementFIRM is a national coalition of grassroots organizations fighting for immigrant rights at the local, state and federal levels.

    FIRM Action – A united national effort bringing together individuals and grassroots organizations with the mission to build widespread support for workable, humane, comprehensive immigration reform.
